Call of Duty: Black Ops III

Our analysis

A buy offering huge value: deep multiplayer with bots and split screen, a standout Nightmare mode, a full-featured zombie mode and Dead Ops Arcade, though the campaign story wastes its cast and level design swings from masterpiece to amateur.

Our analysis

Not worth a buy per WAB.

Our analysis

Yahtzee criticizes Black Ops III's muddled campaign, weak characters and cyber powers that often seem less useful than shooting. He gives credit for including alternate zombie missions, but finds the console frame-rate changes distracting.

Our analysis

Solid campaign and enjoyable multiplayer. Worth playing if you enjoy fast-paced shooters.
