Our analysis

Yahtzee finds Dante's Inferno an unremarkable God of War imitation, criticizing repetitive combat, equivalent upgrade tracks and a rushed ending. He recommends waiting for God of War III.

Our analysis
An underrated and redeemable hack-and-slash that brilliantly subverts the Divine Comedy's themes through interactive mechanics, boasting epic spectacle and memorable combat, though the final act suffers from creative compromise.
