Our analysis
After years of Legacy Edition ports, the Switch version finally reaches full feature parity with Xbox, PlayStation and PC, including a full Ultimate Team. It runs at 30 FPS and has a small separate transfer market, but is one of the best football games on a Nintendo system.
Our analysis
A big step up for the series on Switch thanks to the Frostbite engine, with much-improved player models, locked 30fps gameplay and a full version of Ultimate Team, career mode and new PlayStyles. Downsides include frame drops to the mid-20s during cutscenes that can look odd with camera shake, no crossplay, no real international tournament, wooden commentary and a mandatory large download. Overall a fun, full-fat football game that's the best the series has looked on the platform.
So, EA Sports FC 24 gets a score of 8/10 from usAbout
