The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Free Next-Gen Update

Our analysis

Still the gold standard of modern AAA RPGs, and the free Next Gen update is a great reason to dive back into an already amazing game. The standout addition is quick sign casting that no longer interrupts combat flow, along with welcome camera options, map filters, cross-progression, and graphical enhancements like Ultra Plus and ray tracing. The new Netflix-tie-in quest line is good but minor, and Doug Cockle's returning Geralt sounds slightly different, though none of it detracts from a triumphant, content-packed experience.
