A genuinely impressive battle royale that's a blast to play, with standout map destruction, satisfying gunplay where almost every weapon feels solid, and movement many will love. It's compelling enough to pull players back even with other hits around, and stacks up well against Warzone, though some missions and systems still feel unclear. A very well-done mode worth diving into.

Battlefield REDSEC's enjoyable but uninspired battle royale dilutes the pace and scale of Battlefield's multiplayer, despite rewarding missions. Gauntlet concentrates its best elements into an excellent squad-based mode that leaves the reviewer wanting more.
Yet, it's not perfect. It leaves a lot to be desired. The missions aren't as good. the map isn't as interesting, but the basic gun-on gun gameplay does something for me.
