Strategically severing limbs and building a kill-strike meter to decapitate giant Ravenna offers decent moment-to-moment gameplay and tight traversal that's fun for a while. However, a shockingly short, undercooked campaign with very little variety, repetitive encounters, and a minimal skill tree makes it a bare-bones experience whose full price feels almost insulting; it plays best as an above-average budget title for a sitting or two.
Our analysis
Sarcastic rant review — 55 pounds to waste chopping limbs off Sand King giants while they just respawn. Gaming industry deserves this disaster. Pilot of a game in the worst sense.
Our analysis
ZP: giant monster killing core is blast but repetitive battles.
Our analysis
Cool concept but falls short in execution with tedious ground combat, repetitive gameplay, and frustrating controls. Not worth the $60 price tag.
