Strong narrative and exploration from 2024-2025 updates. Burning Springs expansion is the largest yet.
Our analysis
A festering, lazy cash-in on the Fallout name with no story, no role-playing, and only fetch quests and looting. Combat is broken and janky, the VATS system fails in real time, enemies are bullet-sponges, and base-building is pointless because bases vanish or can't be redeployed. Punishing inventory limits, near-empty servers, and useless PvP make it an indefensible full-price release.
Our analysis
Fallout 76 is a dishonest, buggy, incomplete asset flip deliberately designed to deceive consumers, representing a low point for Bethesda Game Stud...
Our analysis
After six years of continuous updates, this has been turned around into a genuinely good game, with one of the best open worlds the series has seen, added NPCs and quests, and the strong new Atlantic City and Skyline Valley content. It still carries launch-era flaws: dumb enemies, shallow shared-world quest design, and intrusive live-service microtransactions that clash with the franchise. Best enjoyed at a discount rather than full price.
Our analysis
Explicitly rated 3.5/10 - calls it 'a bad game right now' and 'fully undeserving of its price tag'. Criticizes broken PvP system ('absolute dog shit'), pervasive bugs, and premature launch. Social co-op is only redeeming factor; game needs months of patches before consideration.
Our analysis
ZP: watered-down single-player RPG trapped with multiplayer design.
Our analysis
Hollow game lacking fundamental appeal with embarrassing technical problems and bewildering design decisions. Desperately lacks motivation to keep playing.

To put it simply, this game is a dismal KO. It had too many rules for a world without these lawless, amoral beings. It is slow, empty, and sold at a high price despite its alpha appearance. The few times you have fun are short-lived, as you very often have to repair your armor, look for food, drugs, or store your items. Nevertheless, it has one enormous positive point: it helps fund The Elder Scrolls 6.
