Our analysis
Yahtzee: poorly paced linear corridor with bad voice acting, confusing plot, disengaging combat. Gets better after 20 hours — not a selling point.

Our analysis
Gorgeous linear RPG with exceptional paradigm combat and characters, but training-wheels and extreme linearity may disappoint exploration fans.

Our analysis
Final Fantasy XIII pairs dynamic paradigm combat and lavish presentation with a compelling team-focused story. The reviewer finds its emotional journey deeply resonant, despite overlong chapters and uneven execution of some dramatic moments.
