  Our analysis

The developers successfully improved the Kirby formula with the limited float mechanic, inventive combination abilities, and carefully-designed levels. While some design choices like overpowered copy abilities and the underwhelming final boss hold it back, Kirby 64 is a surprisingly engaging platformer that is often superior to its predecessors and underrated in the series.

  Our analysis

A fun and stylish N64 platformer with creative power combination mechanics and charming presentation, despite some quirky design choices that the creator playfully mocks.
