Our analysis
An excellent sequel that successfully revives the franchise with tight controls, stunning visuals, and thoughtful level design that modernizes the formula while respecting the series legacy. Despite some flawed mechanics like rocket barrel controls and motion controls, it is a must-play that captures both the challenge of the originals and the indie spirit of its era.
