Our analysis

Yahtzee likes Assassin's Creed's free running and stealth assassinations, but criticizes repetitive errands, unskippable conversations, and tedious sword combat. He appreciates its originality and suggests giving it a chance despite its flaws.

I find it hard to recommend Assassin's Creed maybe if you can get it for under 10 bucks now it's not a terrible game but knowing what comes after only exposes its issues even more in today's world I don't think it's a great representation of the franchise

Our analysis
A visionary original concept that juggles intriguing design layers and respectable ambition, but falls short in stealth mechanics execution and level design; ultimately a game worthy of respect for what it accomplished despite its shortcomings.
